Upcoming Conference

For those who don’t know, I am on staff at WCoNA—the Writers Conference of Northern Appalachia®—and we will be having our annual conference this weekend.

For more information on our organization—the premier writers support group for northern Appalachia—and all we do to support writers and build a canon of literature specific to our area, visit https://wcona.com/

Although our focus is regional, our conferences are craft-focused and work for a broader audience. Don’t believe we are insular and “not for outsiders.” With 31 presenters this year, a panel discussion and open mic, there’s something for everyone.

That said, I will be first busy, then exhausted, and may not post for a little while.

It’s EVENT SEASON! (For me, that begins in early March, and I am fortunate to attend at least one event each month until winter. I will try to keep posting, and bring you even more interesting information on writers events, book reviews, and more.

I hope you have something writerly planned. Whether it’s to visit and event and network and be inspired by others—or to dedicate some time to completing WIPs, whatever is your goal, may it go wonderfully and well.

Stay tuned for pictures.
